Hi, I’m Lidia.

Like many of us, I started my journey as a business owner to build a life of freedom and joy.

Instead, I found myself working around the clock to keep my company afloat. I often went to sleep feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and stuck, only to wake up and begin the cycle all over again.

There had to be another way to experience the growth and joy I dreamed of when I started this journey.
